{weight loss}

or lack there of.  :(  i worked out every day this week but one and followed weight watchers religiously.  kind of a downer for the first week.  kind of discouraging.  but i'm gonna stick with it.  even though, technically, i gained this week.  boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!


0/26 lbs. lost.  {boo!}

  2. a pound of muscle weights the same as a pound of fat. one pound is not serious and could be just fluid retension, make sure you are drinking enough water! BRING IT, i know you can!! (: GL!!!
