{weight loss}

or lack there of.  :(  i worked out every day this week but one and followed weight watchers religiously.  kind of a downer for the first week.  kind of discouraging.  but i'm gonna stick with it.  even though, technically, i gained this week.  boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
