lisa and i have the kids every other weekend. we try to make the weekends that we have them extra special. we usually have a special event planned at some point during the weekend. these are from our last weekend. on saturday we did NOTHING. it was a very nice relaxing day. a never-even-got-out-of-our-jammies day. here are a few shots. :)
don't judge my messy house. houses are supposed to be messy on the weekends....or until the kids are grown and moved out. right???!

they looked for some recipes to make.
oh and they cleaned their room. or i should specify...bailey was grounded but we told him that if he went in and helped them and did a good job, he could earn a get-out-of-the-house free pass for the afternoon. he did an amazing job and took it very seriously. he cleaned it better than i do. maybe he should be grounded more often. lol. i didn't take an "after" picture, but i promise you that it was awesomesauce.
while they cleaned, izz brushed. ;)
