{Reasons Not to Walk}

I'm trying to get at least four walks in a week.  I know that the end of this week will get tough with the holiday coming up.  I was contemplating whether I should go or not tonight and I definitely had an inner struggle going on.

Good Side:

If you go today, it's one less day you have to worry about later.

Bad Side:

You're tired.
It's later than you thought it was going to be.
You have to cook dinner.
You went out yesterday.
You've been really good lately.

Good Side:

Exactly!  You've been really good.
Keep up the momentum.

Bad Side:

But your leg hurts.
Your feet are numb.
It's starting to rain.
You can just cut your walk in half.
Your stupid RunKeeper app broke twice so it's not even tracking your whole walk.
You look like a zombie that's not hungry but just walking around all dumb.
Don't you want to go home and warm up your hands in your vagina cowl????!

Good Side:

Just do it.
You'll feel so much better after.


Ultimately, the Good Side won.  I did complete the whole thing.  My bad side is strong.  My good side is stronger.  ;)
