today i started my 30 day shred. it's hard. really hard. but i did it and i hope that tomorrow it will be a bit easier.
the dvd consists of a warmup and then intervals of strength, cardio and abs through 3 cycles.
some of the things you'll see are jumping jacks {i thought my stomach flab was gonna fly up and knock me out}. tons of different an exercises, and some weight exercises. it's a full 20 minutes. no resting.
join me? please???? i need other people to do it with me to support me and let's face it, to hold my ass accountable.
i'm going to at the very least do weekly updates here. but possibly more. i'm taking weekly pictures and measurements as well. i may share those with you but at the very least i promise to share a "before and after". :)

I'm so in - where do I buy this video? I am going to start couch to 5k again for the 3rd time too. and maybe this time it will stick ;)

DeleteI am on day 13 of the 30 day shred it is getting easier and I am enjoying it I have lost 8cm off my waist so far which is giving me the incentive to keep going. Keep it up girls the results are all worth the sweat and pain :o)
