{Life Lately - 5/17/15}

In the fall all three little kids played soccer.  This time only Chloe wanted to play. We have two practices a week plus her game. 

We have soooooo many gorgeous flowers at our house.  The previous owner did such a wonderful job.  It's so exciting to see the new things that bloom each day.

We also have this to die for rock wall lining our driveway. 

I love that she loves to read so much. 

The kids have been playing outside non-stop since the weather has been nice!

Leave it to these tow to find an electronic device to play with in a book store.  Geeesh.

My dad came down last weekend andBailey  went fishing.  We needed to all go check out the dock. 

When we bought the house we weren't planning on keeping the hot tub.  Everyone said "just wait, as soon as you get in it you'll keep it". They were right!  This was the littles first time in. They loved it. 

{A Glimpse into the Near Future}

She was calling a boy.  On the phone.  Granted it was to RSVP to a Birthday party.  And granted she didn't actually talk to him because his phone was disconnected, but still.  This is our future.  Hold me now.



Also, an iPhone as your first boy phone call? So spoiled. ;)

{insta-friday...9/21}

i'm a mess this week.  i barely have any photos even though it's been two weeks since i've done an instafriday.  i updated my iPhone software.  iOS 6.  boo.  that's all i have to say.  first i had problems with email and a push notification error.  also, it broke my twitter.  so i did some research and what i heard is that i have to restore.  so restore i did.

AND, then i lost all my contacts and all my photos and you know what, probably my notes although i didn't check them.  so it's in the middle of restoring again right now.  and i'm gonna be very very mad if i lose all my photos.  you have no idea.

fingers crossed.....

ok....hours later i think i fixed it. i had to go back to a backup from much earlier in the month but i have all my stuff back. most of it anyways. phewwwww.

we went apple picking last weekend.  it was tons of fun.

this week i want to show you another fauxlaroid trick.  this week i've dropped one of my iphone pics into instant and developed it.  this pic was taken using the hipstamatic app.  {my fave pic app by far}.  this is my love in NH at a little breakfast place.  isn't she cute?!

it's so easy and i think the result is pretty darn awesomesauce.
