sometimes they still get along. they used to be the best of friends. that's how it goes right? the first two are best friends and then the third child comes along and they become best friends because their ages are closer. that's what happened here. and they were best of friends for a while and then izz came around and chloe was in school and ian and izz became best friends.
but every once in a while, chloe and ian have special time together and get along like the best friends they'll always be.
