{she loves a good storm}

it was so stormy this day.  it was incredibly dark too.  izz, she loved it.  the horn for the fire station must have gone off 12 times in an hour and a half.  it was awesomesauce.  :)

i should say she loves them as long as they don't knock the power out! ;)

yes!  i'm still talking about it.  there will probably be another post after this one too.  if you don't like it, don't read it.  ;)

here are a few shots i got that morning.  it was crazy windy and the water was soooooooo high.  although, you won't be able to tell cause you don't have anything to reference it too.  just trust me.  it was epic high. 

love these guys. we were not the only crazies out. there were a lot of us.

i can't believe people didn't take their boats out. later on we came back and saw three boats beached. dummies.

phonetography....

phonetography is definitely something of the now. with the technology of new phones, you can do just about anything. well you know how sometimes you long for the good old days of film photography? there's just that look to film that is something that you can't obtain with digital. well, i have an old phone that took the yummiest black and white photos. so much so that i'm seriously considering throwing it in my purse and using it as just a camera. here are some examples. :)

yumm. maybe it's just me. but i can't get a bw like this with any app on my iphone.

btw....these were taken with a Sony Ericsson W580i. it was pink and it was cute.
