see?  i suck.  i totally screwed up yesterday.  today you get both.

i am grateful for leaves because fall is my favorite season and the leaves are GORGEOUS in the fall in NE.

Today I am grateful that this little boy doesn't need to have his tonsils and adenoids out. He just needs to have tubes put in. I'm still scared but not as much. :)

day 29. black & white. i went out looking for something that would be dramatic as a black & white. maybe something with awesome lines. instead you get my kids. i love black & white for soooooooooo many reasons but mostly because it makes kids with crazy non-matching clothes look normal. example...ian has a bright orange sweatshirt on. chloe's jacket is purple and pink. to say they clashed is a vast understatement. but here, in black & white they look cute. :)

day 28. flowers. jen and i took the kids for a walk the other night. my intention was to finish of most of my list. which i did. but i kind of took pics of individual flowers. so here is my day 28....flower.

sunflowers are my second favorite flower. when i grow up someday and buy a house they will be in my yard somewhere. they are just so grand and lovely. love that little bee man. he was hiding behind a leaf that i moved out of the way. it was rather chilly out for him.

day 21 is a face-less self portrait. immediately i thought of my ring. i haven't gotten a good shot of it yet. {not that i'd call this a good shot}. it's my third engagement ring. this will be my third wedding. most people would be embarrassed to admit that. not me. i'm proud. proud of who i am and where i am in life. i am happier than i have ever been and if it had taken me ten marriages to find my true love, then so be it. she's worth it. ;)

day 17 was technology. this was rather easy for me. my life is full of technology. i think all of ours is. originally, i was going to shoot my beloved iphone again since it never leaves my side. it is my ultimate technological device. but last night we had family movie night. we watched rio. so my technology shot is the tv. without which we might die. or at least kill each other. ;)
