omg!  these salted caramel chocolate shortbread bars look so heavenly.  someone please please please make them for me?  please?????????

OMG! I've died and gone to cupcake heaven....

OMG!  aren't these the most yummy looking things ever?  they are two of my food addictions rolled into one.  now, who wants to bake them for me?  ;)


btw...they are a coffee flavored cake filled with coffee mousse and homemade caramel sauce, and topped with swiss meringue buttercream drizzled with caramel.
