{Mount July}

I know you all love Instagram, right?  Well imagine being able to turn your DSLR into an Instagramish camera with the filter already attached?  No need to use Photoshop Actions to try to mimick the look.  Simply screw on a filter from Mount July and you're ready to go!

I just funded Mount July through Kickstarter and you can too.  They are looking to get $45,000 to get off and running.  This is the very first project I've funded.  I donated $30.  Which will get me the filter of my choice out of the three.  It may be the most difficult decision I'll ever have to make.  Harder than picking a favorite child.  Shhhhhhhh.  Just kidding kids.  I love you all the same.  {Hey, you.  Favorite kid.  We know the truth.}

There are three filters so far. I'm assuming the company will put out more once it's famously successful.

on st. patrick's day, we made our first corned beef and cabbage. well, really lisa made it. we cooked it in the slow cooker. it was good. i was scared because well, it's corned beef and cabbage. but i liked it and more importantly, the kids loved it!

i've really been into painting my nails lately. whenever i do mine, the kids want theirs done too. :)

i love this ice cream. omg. so good.

yes lisa and i hopped on the bandwagon. and omg. i wish we had read it sooner. it's fantastic.

bailey had his last game this week. the team made it to the second round of the playoffs. it was a good game but ultimately they lost by 6 points.

we try to do family game night often. it doesn't actually happen often, but when it does, it rocks. this night we played i spy and then fruit ninja!

i'm really excited to get a new workout video. as cliche as that sounds. i love these walking at home videos and i lost my old one. so yay!

i fail at photography challenges.  like flat out fail.  miserably.  currently?  i'm doing 4.  yes.  4.  i am doing a project 366 with both my dslr as well as my iPhone.  i'm doing a 12 month project through clickinmoms and i'm doing a 52 week project as well.  boo.  totally setting myself up to fail.  or not.  who knows?  i really just want to heat the last time i did it.  that would make me happy.  the last time i attempted a 365 i made it 61 days.  not too shabby.  lol.
